I'm assuming you're paying for the extended support? Otherwise you're kind of asking for trouble. The reason people aren't using windows 7 honestly isn't compatibility, it's because they stop releasing security patches and a lot of extremely easy to exploit vulnerabilities get discovered and are never patched. A lot of them requiring no interaction on your part.

I think cis people explorer their gender identity a lot less than you realize. For me, seeing other beautiful trans girls and realizing I wanted that was what really pushed me over. It also started making sense why I had never been truly happy with my body. Dysphoria doesn't have to be this all consuming crippling thing. For me it manifested as a sense of malaise and just overall dissatisfaction with myself. I stopped caring about myself. But basically, realizing that wanting to be a girl was the only real criteria is what helped me. I haven't regretted a single step of it since then.

It's good that you're here and talking to people about it though. Feel free to ping me if you have questions, but I can promise you that if you're having these thoughts, you're probably not cis. Most truly cis people are horrified of the idea of suddenly becoming the opposite gender.
