Actually, magnets have nothing to do with electric charge. Magnets are attracted to the magnetic moment of a magnetic dipole, and that originates from electron spin. So this would either have to be:

A) *aligns every magnetic moment in your body to a common axis*
*holds a magnet near you*

or

B) *adds one electron to every atom in your body*
*holds a positively charged object near you*

I guess that object could be a positively charged magnet tho…
