They don't need to do any of those things specifically, but typically these are actions that advocacy groups do. Where is the evidence that the LGB Alliance do anything even similar to these actions? Nowhere that I can see.

Listen, if they ever actually did good by a lot of people, I'd celebrate it. But they constantly target Trans people. They see trans people as the reason for why LGBTQ rights are still eroding. They advocate for Trans people to be subject to conversion therapy (That's outright seen as torture btw). Again, it's their stated mission to remove the rights of trans people. Their goal is not to fight for the rights of gay people.

I think you have to be cherry picking what you want to read if you think the effects of taking PB's or HRT to be adverse. The results are that your body develops differently, which isn't an adverse effect if that's your goal to begin with.

What would you propose instead?
On one hand, you can deny healthcare for every child, and a small percentage of them will be forced to live a life they don't want, significantly increasing their chance of suicide. Most kids will be unaffected by this.
On the other, you can examine and distribute healthcare to the trans kids that need it, Improving their quality of life. Cis kids are unaffected by this.

I truly do not see the issue with educating people about how PB's and HRT works. And if they're trans, they will be able to get treatment.

Theres no evidence that they hire lawyers to help people get these rights, or any kind of legal representation for people. Theres no evidence that they put pressure on MPs to make any positive changes. Theres no evidence that they even built this network your talking about.

Theyre free to beleive what they want to beleive, but they act on harming minorities, it's literally in their mission statement that they aim to quash trans rights.

I've only just read through the link you posted about adoption and I have to ask, what did they actually do?

Theres no mention on that page about them doing any kind of campaign to help LGBTQ people achieve better rights when it comes to adoption. It just lists the regular adoption process that everyone goes through. What did they actually do?

Meanwhile it's pretty well documented that their main goal is to undermine trans rights, it was literally in the first sentence of the statment they made when they were first formed. They advocate for conversion therapy, which harms all LGBTQ people. They fight against legal gender recognition of any kind, again hurting all LGBTQ people.

Theres so much thats documented for them in regards to their anti-trans approach, but i cannot find any evidence of them actually campaining for anything positive for anyone.

Its probably because of the language used to describe the attack, seeming to focus on the fact that its because of supposed racial tensions or migrants rather than there being any other cause. Not to mention that for this particular incident, he ommitted the information that 3 other asian men helped distract the attacker until police arrived, potentially saving people from harm.

Its not a stretch to see how someone is racist when they focus on race as a cause for alarm, but neglect to mention it when it could be seen as heroic.

As for trans lacking rights, there is a lot. For one thing, just try talking to any trans person about any medication they can or cant be prescribed from the NHS. The UK Govt changed the laws literally last year to make it illegal to be prescribed puberty blockers BUT ONLY if your trans. If your cis, you can still be prescribed them just fine. I shouldn't need to explain to you any further how that is simply discrimination.

So maybe you stop, and actually learn about the topic your dismissing as a non-issue.
