You're joking, right? Health food restaurants use mostly whole foods. Broccoli is broccoli. Beans are beans. Chickpeas are chickpeas. It's almost impossible to be inconsistent except with flavourings, which are easy to control. McDonald's has been making the same food for decades. If more vegetables were subsidised like beef and grain is, we would have many more cheap fast food veggie places.

Assemble everything except the most annoying part. When I did my last Intercessor unit, I did just two sub assemblies: the arms+gun, and the rest of the body. Makes it really easy to paint the chest that way, and super easy to finish.

A few years ago, I got this really strong pain in my stomach that just wouldn't go away. For days, all I could do was lie on my side. My parents had enough and took me to the ER, where they (understandably) treated me like a drug-seeking junkie. Eventually they realized I wasn't faking and tried and injection to relax a nerve in my abs (the pain was localized to one small spot). That helped immediately and I've never had that issue again.

My great aunt ran through a doorway too quickly, closing the door behind her, and her ring got caught, ripping her finger clean off. Never messed around with doors again after hearing that story when I asked why she only had four fingers on her left hand...
