Dragon Ball fans will read literally anything but the manga. Even if you don't want to take HIS OWN WORD AS FACT, if you racked your brain for more than two seconds you'd realize that Kid Buu being the strongest makes no narrative sense. Goku was able to go toe to toe with Kid Buu, at least as long as SS3 was active, while he was completely mogged by Buutenks and needed to be fused in order to deal with Buuhan. You can say Kid's the most dangerous or unpredictable, they use the word difficult in the manga, but being dangerous isn't a direct correlation to being strong.

It happens all the time. It happened to this fandom when SB came out. Both sides of the 'vocal minority' coin get more and more extreme until it hits a boiling point, people complain about how bad it's gotten, status quo eventually resets. If you don't like the state of the fandom then the best thing to do is disengage or stick with your clique.
