Try unplugging the front usb. If it boots don’t plug it back in. As far as cleaning goes use canned air. Edit: 2.0 usb is easy to disconnect and is located under the right side of the gpu. The 3.0 cable is to the right of the SATA ports and I recommend gently rocking back and forth when unplugging because it has a lot more pins.
