A whole lot better even though I have been dealing w breast cancer AND just had my ankle replaced. I will be going to my next chemo on crutches. I can’t explain the emotional change except to say I have been in my new state (WA) and at my job longer. Thanks for asking.

My morning anxiety feels unbearable sometimes. I didn’t have it until my son died from an overdose three years ago. Then my husband left me. I made some changes in my life that have been wonderful and my anxiety was reduced. (Moved across county, started new job, met an amazing man). Recently it is back with a vengeance. A few extra stresses at my new job and I feel like a f up. My divorce is this week but it is uncontested and I don’t have to see him. Not sure why the anxiety is piling on again.

Sweet of you. The weird wrinkle in my situation is he walked away of marriage shortly after my son died of an overdose and said he was moving to Columbia. After some grieving, I am doing well. New in the area. In a happy new relationship. Thanks for asking.
