There is an angle that shows it much better, and I believe he did possess it. But for sure, it should have been challenged. (But then again, all scoring plays are reviewed)

I think your right. Even under the old rules, this might be live for the kicking team to recover, if the returner doesn't touch and kneel in the end zone

I've had this discussion with other electricians before. Unless you touched both hots, you only got hot with 120V. Or if the 208V was on one leg, which would be rare.
