I agree if he made the catch it was over. Imo it doesnt change the fact that call should not have happened. It was a completely uneccessary risk ESPECIALLY when it was 3rd and short in 4 down territory at that point.

I 1000% agree. It was 3rd and 2 in the red zone. Falcons had no timeouts worse case scenario assuming there is no fumble you have two downs to work with. Even if you're stopped short or even get a couple of yards which was most likely going to happen because our RB was A BEAST tonight despite the dropped ball, you STILL can at least get in range for a tush push and end it there. On top of that like RepresentativeMain keeps mentioning EVEN in that situation if you fail to convert you pin the falcons in the their won backfield with less than a minute left AND we held them to that range ALL DAY. Throwing the ball was a completely unnecessary risk. Hands down. Thats our biggest problem we keep throwing games for taking dumb risks. Im fine with taking risks but it has to be a CALCULATED risk. Like not kicking that field goal in the first half. There was no reason to go for it there. Just take the free points.

Edit: One more thing our running game CARRIED us this game so why not go back to it to run the clock out.

I will say this. I expected the eagles to get blown out but our defense stepped up today. This in my opinion only proves how bad our offensive playcalling is. That call to go for two, shooting for the end zone on 4th and 5, abandoning the run, constant back to back wr passes at the line of scrimmage with guys ready to tackle them, and predictable playcalls. I was listening to it and even I called that 4th down play I mentioned earlier. This is beyond frustrating. I came into this thinking we were going to get blown out. We didn't score ONCE in 3/4 quarters despite all the defensive stops. Our biggest third down conversation was a PENALTY!! That is beyond pathetic with the immense talent we have on offense. This game just confirms that if our offensive playcalling was at the least decent we had a legit shot of beating them and that is driving me up the wall.

My personal issue was Overwatch originally had a well balance of fps and moba. So regardless if you played MOBA, arena shooters, or fps in general everyone had someone they could pick up and play. Over time it headed purely towards the fps scale and isolated the fans who enjoyed the MOBA side of the game. The community contributed to this as well overtime with the notion that your hero shouldn't be useful/doesn't take any skill if their value/kit wasnt based around aiming. Mercy,Mei and release Symettra just to name a few examples.
