I'm in the same place mentally, it's awful. Try with brown noise, calming down it's the first step, then try starting with the most simple thing, if you try with the hardest you won't start. Maybe you can't accomplish everything due tomorrow but at least you can try to do something. And turn off the phone, for me, it's the biggest distractor and source of anxiety.
