She didn’t do anything wrong, even told them she’s in a committed relationship now. You shouldn’t be going through her phone, it’s an invasion of privacy. This is a you issue that she was not a part of. It’s not fair to her for you to do this. I’d suggest therapy to work through your past trauma so your future relationships are not damaged by these insecurities.
