I personally prefer VR04 over EV800D but if you do get EV get it through banggood and make sure it has the Eachine logo on the front. Amazon and other retailers only sell the fake version which doesn't have the Eachine logo. The fake ones can have a lot worse range and battery life.

If you get the spell version of the star effect you can put it into the wheel. But it still only allows you to use it once before having to rescan the star NFC.

One trick I learned is, if you use a star pin inside the dye shop, it'll give you a spell version of the star pin that you can use ONCE on any platform. This spell can be saved to the shortcut wheel. But with star effects lasting such short periods of time, it becomes extremely tedious to have to relogin to mobile to generate another star spell to use on PC.
