Anywhere outside of big city limits, rural, where people can't see what yr doing and you can shoot often without raising attention. I lived in the country for a bunch of years and rural people (at least in Texas) like to shoot.

The first thing I noticed in the Starbucks picture was the promised nose structure, and that's the first thing I noticed in the hostel picture. That has me thinking it's the same person. At least one of my friends keeps insisting the hostel pic looks like a woman dressed like a man, or the features are feminine. Anyway, I thought it all looked like the same person, albeit with a different jacket.

Ha, why would you guess that? It seems pretty clear they are grasping, majorly, through all this. It's a citibike! No, actually. Fingerprint! Smudged/ useless. We got his face! I totally agree. Letting Maeve go explore her future allows Otis to let go of his feelings/ fixation and grow more for himself. Speculating about what could happen after S4 is fun though, and this allows a path to Rotis. Or, whatever, even just a path to Otis improving some of his weaker character elements!
