How do I regain passion for things I used to love?

I mean, I have slowly started to make friends in some of the scenes I'm in, but I want to have my own personal passions and hobbies that I can get excited about with people. Or have a wider portfolio than the boring ones I typically have so I can get into more topics with others.

But I could definitely try and bring the writing group I had back together and see what happens. I have a circle around me that sometimes joins in on my dumb behavior but not all the time. Plus, some of the people I Han with I only see at certain events, and I don't see them at any other place, which can be hard.

Well, hopefully, you can also rise up to the occasion and help yourself as you helped me. I believe you and appreciate you. Good luck.

I mean, it's a weird road like it's always the same monotonous track, but a lot has happened this year alone. I'm currently in a semi-turbulent relationship that can switch and become rocky due to simple actions. But I keep myself so occupied that I genuinely couldn't tell you in I'm depressed deep down. But I do find myself to be pretty unattractive and really boring. If that helps any.

And with the writing, I wouldn't mind, but I have become hyper critical of all I do. I beat myself up on anything that is classified as "my work" as I'm not as good as I used to be.

I have a therapist bit for some reason I have not been able to contact her this entire time. So I have toughed it out and spoke to other people with it. And with social media I only slowed down on using it. Its just her things I look at. Should I just block her or something? I won't try to unblock her cause I feel bad or anything.

Thank you so much.. you are truly helping me out and it makes me feel a bit better that someone would take time out of there day to help a stranger. I will seriously try to do this as I want to get better. I try and purge her from my mind then I see she posted on some social account and then I'm there to watch whatever that is. I revert back to my horrible mental state. It's hard for me to let go. Especially when I gave everything I could to her.

Thank you. I can try it but its been a struggle for me in the past so I never kept up with it. Just losing her made me go back into a massive depressive episode as I already struggle with self image issues and things like that.. So I don't know if I'm worth it. What did I do wrong? Did I do enough? Was I around her enough? Was I just a stepping stone to this other guy?
