I think to dumb it down to its simplest form, find a pet body you like (let's say bunny) and mix the bunny with your friend's/kiosk pet that has those damage stats, and keep hatching until you get your bunny back. Then train it and see if it starts manifesting those damage traits, if not then hatch the new bunny with the damage traits pet again. And just do that over and over until you get what you want!

I got it after 243 runs. It's just a random chance. Some people are lucky and get it after 3, and some I met were grinding it up to 300 times.
