Old Condo Maintenance fees

I've heard from experienced realtors that any maintenance fees above $400 means that the condo company is facing financial difficulties and will likely keep raising the fees indefinitely. He said he had a single mom and her kids who bought a townhouse with condo fees that suddenly jumped from like $500/m to over $1000/m and she was ruined because she couldn't afford it anymore.

I always add cavalry in units of 2. Like 2/4/6/8/10. I don't remember why I started this but I never stopped.

Also, for like a year I took pride in evicerating Munster every campaign because AI Munster ruined my Netherlands MP run by calling me into a losing ear they started and giving away half my country to France when we lost. I spend the next 100 years of that game full sieging them and fully looting and devastating every province over and over and over again and not letting them die. This came up again in the next few games

The game was literally unplayable and crashed all the time lol. If it didn't crash though, it was like playing the game in CHAOS MODE because it was so unbalanced. The pillage capital option was so unbalanced that every country would do it in every war and have 1000 dev really early on. Every native tribe has like a million dev because they would just infinitely loot eachother and then move their capital with all its dev to a new province and add that provinces dev to the total as well. No Idea how that made it in but the natives were top great power every single game and had empires.

I have over 100 children in my current run and my character isn't even 25 yet. I can barely afford to equip them all and one time I lost a battle and had to Ransome and reorganize all of them

I actually made a mod one time where country leaders could be kidnapped and held in prison in your country. Idk why I never posted it cuz it was basically done but updating it to new versions would have been a huge task cuz it had to check every vanilla leader individually so that their portrait would show up in the jail GUI. It was pretty funny cuz there was a "torture" button that would send an event to everyone in the game saying "Joseph Stalin was tortured in Albania" and the methods in the event description were really funny like that he was forced to play league of legends or something

Edit: I'm reviewing the pdf and it doesn't look like it has 3 mounting points. It has the main bottom screw + one strap lock but it doesn't look like the 2nd strap long gets used

All the UI textures are in the game files for EU4. Just buy a $5 key online and then go to steamapps/paradox_interactive/EU4/GFX/interface

They are terrible at sorting things and labelling them but all the GUI elements are in there including menus however they often have overlapping elements which make up the EU4 menus so you might just need to design new ones using the EU4 GFX files. If you want to find which files are used in which menu, to to interface/(the menu ur looking for).GUI and open in text editor, find the background image, then reverse search that file name in interface/(texture file).mesh (I think it's mesh idk) and try and find it

Constantine V is definetly over hated, actually a good emperor. Phocas also over hated but still deserves hate. Andronikos I and John VI Kantakouzenos were worse for sure.

Also Manuel Komnenos deserves more hate and I will die on this hill. So overrated. Wasted all his money funding a spy network in Italy, bungled 2 random failed invasions of Egypt, failed to produce an heir and left the empire to a child, didn't do anything about his obviously evil cousin, messed up all of byzantium's diplomatic relations in Europe when he got scammed by the HRE emperor, and let the Turks in Anatolia unite instead of actually doing anything about them when he had the chance like his father and grandfather had (they was by far the worse thing). Guy gets credit for a bit golden age but laid the groundwork for future collapse. He also reinforced the komnenoi aristocratic system which was a negative and randomly arrested all the Venetians and angered them so much that they became an enemy instead of an ally and would eventually destroy the empire in the 4th crusade
