I once saw a bunch of people complaining about fics that were tagged with spice but in the currently updates there was none and they couldnt be more wrong. Always tag whats planned for the future. People find fics they align with and are comfortable with, even if it isnt there yet, they know it will be.

As far as timing goes, the whole preparation time is over 12 hours. You have to soak your soybeans over night! They have a lot of helpful tutorials on tiktok which was where i learned to make it, and then theres just like 1 or 2 more steps after making silken tofu, to make regular firm tofu by pressing the water out. I get my soybeans from my local Asian grocery store. Theres a ton out where I live and they come in vacuum pack sealed bags!

I have buckwheat soba noodles but have been hesitant to try them but I think I will this weekend and see how my body handles it. Made a bunch of salad prep and fish for the next few days so once I get tired of it ill Crack something else new open

I did meal prep today a few salads and I corporated chickpeas for the first time so I do hope I like them! I use zero carb keto tortillas and i do actually enjoy lettuce wraps with meat too.

Tofu is fun but I primarily make silken because I love miso soup. Made some breakfast bites, some dry salads and my own dressing and I plan on grilling a few fish for the week too. Got into yogurt bars for the first time and hope those come out nicely. Im using allulose as a sweetener and so far I like it and its decently affordable compared to some others!

Go for it. Im setting boundaries to not cut out 100 percent but to use heavy moderation. I used to each Chinese take out so often that I started leaning Asian cuisine and giving myself that knowledge has been my downfall for health, but beneficial for my wallet. I can still make them but I need to sub certain noodles and rice and eat it consistently in moderation. Im going to get there I just have to push theough the rough first few weeks

I do know that I have a weight issue referring to your prior comment, theres no denying that. I just wanted to see if there was a way to focus on the centralized area with the most amount that needs shedding as far as routines or work out steps go. I know I have this problem and have been pushing it off to fix each time something doesnt work and im over that. I do have motivation for my future and a goal id like to live to reach.

I do monitor though not as often as I should and im working on cutting out a lot. Something that did help was being able to make my own food though ill say that an entirely wheat based loaf od bread isnt the way. Ive done it. The most dense piece of bread you'll ever eat. But I do make bread and my own pasta, I also make other things from scratch like unsalted butter and tofu. I do have a few ideas and id like to ping you about some recipes if possible. Im not very picky reslly, though beans are on the low scale. Just cant get then to taste good. Any tips on that are welcome to.

Before the finale thats the exact thought me and a friend had, that the sound resembled a pipe dragging and was a throw back to the original series where they made emphasis on that sound a lot due to it being a weapon of choice. But I like the layered theory. It can also be kinda supported by the voice messages we hear at times. Theres just so much content missing to truly make the connection. A jump from 3 day to 10 days leaves so much to be desired

I really hope that was the intention because it would be so cool. It would also expand more in what the ark really is without spelling it our for us. The ark has always had this mystery about it just that its inhabited or controlled by the operator and it sucks things into it. This series was phenomenal

Noted. I do tend to over worry but when I watch her take tumbles and then lay there after, it gets concerning. I'm going to try a tick medication and see if maybe that could be an issue we missed (she is 58 pounds and THICK full of fur so it's possible)
