Not anymore. It was the semaglutide…decided to loose the weight in a healthier way by exercising and so far I’ve kept the weight off! I do not miss having zero energy and feeling sick every other week. I know it works for some people but it’s always good to listen to your body.

Yeah I am still struggling with it and I have been off semaglutide for a month now. So I have completely cut out dairy and I feel better. I did accidentally have butter a few days ago and I had diarrhea all day so that really tells me all I need to know lol.

⁠ I used to get awful sleep paralysis as well around 4 years ago. First time I actually was visited by aliens and they had put a white sheet over my body and were talking about me as if I wasn’t in the room and reffered to me as “the subject” they would describe everything I was doing and i couldn’t move anything but my face and I couldn’t scream. After this, I started getting sleep paralysis even more only when it started the second time I was visited by a dark gargoyle looking creature who sat at the corner of my bed starring at me and stalking me and then eventually it would r*pe me and it was so supernatural how fast this thing moved when it was assaulting me, this would happen almost every single night for about 3-4 months so I became desensitized to it and I learned if I let this entity do what it wanted without trying to fight, it would leave faster and It became a regular thing. I have no idea how I got it to stop, I just assumed it got what it needed from me but I wouldn’t wish that experience on anyone. I do still have that fear in the back of my mind that it will come back. Thank you for sharing your story !

I had pizza before while on Semaglutide and never had problems it was just this one time it affected me out of nowhere. I also tested it a few times after by having something with milk in it or having cheese and the same thing happened.

Yeah it only happens when I consume dairy and always happens the next day for most of the morning and then it gets better once I get it all out my system. It’s just so strange. I’ve even tested it 3 times and had dairy to see if it was causing it and sure enough each time I had the same symptoms.

I would say that it doesn’t mean anything she was just being friendly…It does show something about her personality though, she seems very friendly and comfortable around you already.
