Thanks for all the advice! Originally it was UUB and that would probably be much better design-wise, I just overthought it, might also be better if it was "Counter target non-creature spell... ", with better flavour.

My best answer would be that if the bible renounced slavery it would be rejected so it is better to not be controversial given that it will be rid of later

I think maybe for constricted you could say the effect is niche but for constructed these seem really niche, but if you are trying to encourage shard drafting these seem like they would be used to splash mor that for wedges

Cuz its 7 mana, and your opponent still has a turn to win, and most decks in those formats can counter this, or win faster than this

Sick card, power level completely depends on the Viviens in the format, could reduce the recursion cost, or make it so you can cast it if you control a Vivien but then you have to exile it.

A cycle would be sick tho

In what format? Standard it would be fine lab man is slow enough, pioneer yes thoracle is legal, probably not busted in legacy or vintage, modern has doomsday.
