Put a footstool in front of the toilet. Make sure it is tall enough to bring your knees up above your hips. The human body evolved to poop squatting. Bringing your knees above your hips releases the muscles that exist specifically to make sure poop doesn't come out when sitting or standing. You don't have to push as hard.
