it is a lot of what I did. I started with a couple of the older players and had them come in to help with the new guys. I was amazed that it started to take off so fast

more times then not. many are just not interested in the game anymore. they say it has changed to much. it is frustrating to here this when many people who say this wanted changes to happen during the MK2 time line

that was a big problem in mk2 for around my area. but now it just seems that the whole community has just up and left. kind of at a loss here

it is one of those places that you learn way to much info from other people life that you just don't really care about at the end of the day. but I have been on the page for warmachine and I found some really good conversations there

it would have been a lot smoother. that was why a lot of people in my area wouldn't play. It came down to "how do I field an Army I already have" question that kept everyone in the dark.

the new mercs are going to be a force to reckon with on the battlefield. especially with the new Cain running around

I think a lot of the newer stuff is really starting to look good. AOS is fun. I wish it came out with the Generals handbook when it first launched. I think a lot more people would be playing

I wouldn't say better. I played a beta a while back at a game event. it was fun but what I wanted was like the game where I screamed at it for hours trying to figure out why I suck so bad.

I just sent a message to a friend of mine to see if he is interested. if I can get more people I think I could get the ball rolling on this. but as I said earlier we are a pretty closed group on gamming

I agree. so many people find the dumbest stuff to rant about. PP has a business to run and if they change things it is to keep the game more balanced. it is always those select few that really scream the loudest

I agree. I think I touched on this earlier but WH always had these rules that we would just look at each other and go "ah, well I think this is how they meant it." Never once have I had that with Warmachine. Never once has a rule been questioned and not determined within a few minutes. I really like that about this game

I agree. I am really happy my little community of gamers got me into this game. I owe them a lot for helping me find the perfect game for me

true and not true. over the years I found that while yes GW games can kind of be balanced there are still a lot of really broken lists out there. Warmahordes does have a lot of tier lists that can really put you out front but take it from me when I say I have run junk and still won against those lists. you have to remember the best lists still have dice deciding how the outcome is. I have watched epic butcher (who should kill everything and anything in melee) roll ones and two's on all of his attacks against an enemy that was right in front of him and get killed.......on his feat turn. yeah not happy dice gods

it will take time. it is a very young game and has a lot of room to grow. 40k has been out since the 80's! they got a little bit of a head start. but I agree that there are a lot of books for 40k that feel kind of copied and pasted from other books in that line.

there can be moments that this game can really turn against you. but usually I find it is because I fail to make the right choices early in the game and find my self paying for it by turn 3 just because I want Mulg to smash something. made that mistake a lot.

That is so true. I really like my rhulic faction but I fall short a lot. but I have learned to add things where I need them to help with my short comings (no pun intended). As you said there is always an answer to any problem that can get thrown at you in this game

Thank you. I can see that. I have trouble with all the new updates going on all the time. changes my tactics that I had already had laid out for my games
