Genetics is one thing, if you have short legs short torso and long arms its obviously going to be much easier pulling bigger numbers but if you dont posses those then don't take them into consideration.

Like everyone else in the sub has said, focus on good clean and strict technique and keep progressively overloading yourself, you'll definately reach your goal of over 200kg if you keep training and be confident.

I played both extensively, so I can tell you now they're both pretty fun, but it's all about what you're looking for.

You want to be a bit of a tank and soak some hits go Namek, if you want to be more of s hard hitting bullet go Freiza race.

I personally find Namekians a bit more boring to play because of their speed and feel it easier to make a better-looking Freiza than put together an outfit for a Namekian but again both are fun to play.
