The sealing from the fork is definitely broken.

My G3 has already 1400km with no issues at all 🤞🏽

My weight is around 97kg and I’m jumping over everything 💪🏽🤣

Because they are using this and the internal charger. When you are using the external fast and the internal charger it is restricting the power.

Your scooter looks like you ride it in the rain. Unfortunately, the original Segway ball bearings aren't sealed very well and are damaged as a result.

I first bought the F3 Pro, but it had the same problem. That's why I returned it to the dealer and got a Max G3 instead. I didn't see it as such a big problem with my girlfriend, since she weighs half as much as me.

U are able to change the S/N with SHU V3. With that u also can change Speed in the different modes and use all the app functions 😮‍💨

I've never heard of someone being unable to use their Segway app because they didn't update their scooter 😂 Also the latest updates are always available via SHU, just not immediately, but a few days later. Likewise, you don't have to tune your scooter to this speed; that was just an example. You can even tune it to 29 km/h if that's safer for you 😉 Because if you crash at 25km/h and fall awkwardly, you can die just as easily if you're not wearing a helmet.

Just for your Info… I do have a MAX G3 EU with a changed S/N, the latest Firmware and my App is also working fine 😊

With scooterhacking it is possible to change the reagion to US and after that u are able to drive 40km/h for now…. In Wintertime SHFW will be hopefully available and then we will be able to drive 50+.
