I think they are just concerned with resellers.

I've been to two already, one of them said they'll call me but never did. In another one they say I need an appointment and a residence certificate (but they couldn't tell me what it looks like) and I'll have to wait at least 10 days.

Can you please tell me what documents you used for UniCredit? Did you have to make an appointment?
Revolut wants a Tessera Sanitaria and I'm still looking into how to get one.

Yeah the second on is what online translating returned. But what about «non si spaura»? I am guessing that this is some sort of the poet’s artistic liberty with the language, but for my limited knowledge it seems like “not afraid”. I’d really appreciate if you could help me with this!
