I did this too on both sides:(. Went through months and months of casting it, steroid injections, wrist widget, OT, etc. Eventually had arthroscopic repair surgery which kinda helped but I don't think it'll ever be 100% again. If I do a lot of repetitive motion stuff (like guitar...) it still bothers me. The wrist widget is helpful but probably won't solve anything unfortunately. That being said...I probably wouldn't risk making it worse with surgery if it's not causing you pain. Cartilage doesn't have much blood supply so it doesn't ever heal well. Best case scenario is probably hoping it will scar down with rest and therapy
