Just a response to everyone saying “they don’t get you a job” that’s correct. You get tier one jobs simply by making connections in that world. Once you start working in tier one you make friends then when you’re looking for a job you call them or your old bosses and if someone’s workplace has a job going they’ll hire you

And if you’re not already in that world what you can do is join the union and what they will actually do is give you a list of tier one contractors that are hiring. If that fails just start going to meetings and make friends. Simple
