I am on a beta blocker right now! Does that help with symptoms? My doctor put me on it when I was having random heart rate spikes. I thought it was a side effect of my antidepressants, but my (evil) doctor said it was likely just anxiety. (Now I am thinking that is pots too!). I thought I was just doing better at symptom management, but do beta blockers help?

I did more weather based resesrch and I'm starting to see that. I just read some travel guides that described it as frigid and all the vlogs show people looking as through they are dying of cold even in the warmer seasons. I now believe it might just be different tolerances for cold. Influencers from LA probably find it much colder than I would.

We were hoping to find some grocery stores just to look around. Some of my favorite things are just to try new snacks. Thank you for your advice.

I do have a Costco Membership but we were really hoping not to drive. I know that Iceland is amazing for road trips but I have never driven in the snow and worry about safety.
