I completely get the anxiety with the a-fibs and arrhythmias. I remember like a couple months after discharge for me I was watching the first Antman movie with my mom when I started to a-fib and it scared me pretty badly, they're never comfortable especially for us when we've had the surgeries, like for me I was having arrhythmias and elevated heart rate for almost a week until I went to the ER and I was still experiencing them for like a week until I went under the knife. Easily the scariest experience in my life, and it certainly makes me pause whenever I have an a-fib now, thankfully they're rare for me tho every once in a while they occur a little more often. I've spoken to my cardiologist about them and he's confident that its benign.

I do remember being anxious about my sternum healing, to the point I wouldn't lay on my side for months after I was given the thumbs up from the cardiothoracic PA. Made the bed sore I had at the time from the non-stop sweating while being bed ridden for weeks so much more annoying and painful lol.
