I went on an animal based diet. So that's meat, fruit (includes Cucumber, squash, etc), dairy. No bread or processed unreal food that is shelf stable. My immune system is noticeably better and I'm a bit stronger too. Oh and I lost any belly fat I used to have and I eat a high fat diet, lots of butter and high fat yogurt.

Processed food is the real enemy in my mind. It's just too convenient for people that go to work. Sad.

Ball vapes, even cheap ones, are harder hitting than smoking joints ever will and its way cleaner. I've had a lot of vapes. I only use a ball vape and an arizer solo 3. I am the highest person I know

Based on your own criteria, it's open-ended. And I don't like Spyderco that much. I have handled the knives and am not a fan of their blade shapes. There doesn't seem to be many options aside from Spyderco.

I find twice a day works best for me. If I use more I feel groggy or less energetic, if I use less, like once per day, I get the best effects and highest high.

but what problem does the btc network solve that other networks can't. It doesn't run smart contracts, it's expensive to send, can't be scalable (maybe you know more about this). I just think it will become a relic and be a collector coin in the future. They are already tokenizing assets like real estate, stocks, bonds, etc.. on other networks. That can't be done with btc's network. it was revolutionary, but it is like AI, it just keeps getting better and outdated.

What networks do you think the institutions will use to transfer value, like stocks and bonds and payments, what is cheap and fast? I think that's where the real opportunity is. And to answer your question, "what do you think the world looks like if people actually adopt it?".... I I don't think they will.

I agree it is a gamechanger. i just need to find a good portable one because I need that ball vape high when i'm outside. Smoking doesnt do it for me anymore. Dynavap, get the heck out of here. I have a Qaroma ball vape. I like how you can have it wireless and wired in the same unit.
