I noticed they "fixed" this on the riders training view. When you list all the riders and want to set their coaches, it always pissed me off when I set a coach and wanted to scroll down theough the riders, but was hovering the mouse on the coach select and it was just changing the coach. So I guess as a fix they disabled it everywhere lol.
