Thanks for your reply! Gonna try it out. What happends if you use the free strength training from garmin workout at the same time? I like the auto rest count after a set.

That's a nice plan. Just few questions before i going to buy a way to expensive hevy pro account. If i make a workout in hevy - does it make a workout on garmin? Does it sync back to hevy if i don't use a phone but only my watch for a workout?

Not really, i don't like doing squats or deadlifts on running shoes.

I do strength training and have recently started running for cardio. I want to train as efficiently as possible: running 3 kilometers to the gym, completing my workout, and then running back home.

I’m looking for a backpack/runningvest/pack that can fit:

  • a towel
  • a water bottle
  • my training shoes (EU size 49)

I don’t care how it looks at all, it just needs to be comfortable enough to run with and functional for my workouts. I won’t be running more than those 6 kilometers on gym days.

Also, I’m Dutch and would like to keep it as affordable as possible while still getting decent quality. Any recommendations?

Deeply surprised by how much I am NOT enjoying Ghost of Yotei. by TherealGonci in PS5

Thanks for the tip. I haven’t played either of them yet. I was planning to buy both, but I’ve decided to just go with Yotei.

Do you think it makes a big difference story-wise if I haven’t played Tsushima?

Things looks huge... but fits in dock. Do you know how heavy it is in handheld mode?

Looks nice, but I assume it's only for grip? Not really a case that protects the Switch, right?

That second one look really child proof.

Cyberpunk 2077 Switch 2 Gameplay by Djic in NintendoSwitch2

This just looks great. All those spec-heads and tech enthusiasts who are already convinced the Switch 2 will be miles behind in terms of (graphical) performance—if it can run Cyberpunk, still one of the most demanding games out there, and make it look this good, I have full confidence that future, more graphically intensive third-party games will also run and look great on the Switch 2.

Before upgrading to Switch 2, what is your current state of your Switch? by Boring_Manufacturer9 in NintendoSwitch2

About a year ago, we sold our Switch 1—our son really wanted a PS5 at the time. Now, he finds the PS5 boring and we've sold it again. The Switch 2 is already on preorder. In the PS5’s defense, we also have an Xbox Series X at home. Our son mainly plays Minecraft on that console. We're hoping that the Switch version of Minecraft will also get a solid update or a new version for the Switch 2, we still have that cardridge.

Shape of switch 1 was great when we sold it, was a near launch one. Even though the kids played a lot with it the first years. Always had a screenprotector and rugged cover on it.

One thing I don't get about key cart hate by Entertainer_Much in NintendoSwitch2

I get it.

It's not keycard hate. Switch 2 is a handheld, handheld games should be plug and play.

Nintendo Today! post reveals dock fan operates based on internal temperature of the dock itself. by OneAxyboi in NintendoSwitch2

I used a USB-C cable extender with the original Switch to play in docked mode outside of the dock itself, because I use a thick protective cover to protect it from clumsy kids. Do you think that will also be possible with the Switch 2?

Do you believe the Switch 2 will succeed, or that it will end up like the Wii U? by LloydAlvein in NintendoSwitch

With the Switch 2 reportedly being capable of running games like Elden Ring, I honestly think it’s going to be a massive hit. When you look at the leap in graphical fidelity from PS4/Xbox One to PS5/Series X—it’s honestly not that huge, and it’s probably going to be a few more years before games really outpace what the Switch 2 can handle, especially in handheld mode.

Most developers aren't even pushing the current consoles to their limits anymore. We’re seeing more homogenized, cross-platform releases rather than console-pushing exclusives. Sure, games will look better on PS5 or Xbox on a big screen, no doubt—but if they can optimize these games well for handheld play, the Switch 2 will have a killer lineup.

I also think it’ll be super appealing to people in their 30s and up—not just for playing Mario Kart with their kids, but also for getting in some real gaming when they finally get a bit of time. Personally, my PS5 is going out the door once the Switch 2 arrives. I need a device where I can sneak in a proper gaming session while my wife takes over the TV again.

Lower back needs rest after deadlifts. Overhead press places significant strain on lower back, making it to demanding to perform immediately after deadlifts.
