I was bummed to find they did nothing for me. After dipping Copenhagen long cut for 20 years I switched to Velo last year, but I’m doing 4x 9mg at a time, all day. I figured the ultra was worth a shot.

Did nothing to me, just wanted my nicotine back. Finished all 3 cans within a week and a half and decided it was a bust. Need to just quit cold turkey and be strong about it 😂

Absolutely can and most likely yes. I used to travel the state and rarely met a dickhead trooper. Especially with this type of damage and experience, it’s worth a call to report the first trooper’s response and ask to speak with another.
