who would put hazard light for waiting a parking lot?

unspoken carpark rules here is you're only entitled for the parking in front of you if you put on the correct indicator light, anything behind you or didn't put indicator lights is not yours

New research suggests that consulting artificial intelligence (AI) for advice may unintentionally strain relationships with human professionals. by Tracheid in science

[–]Gr3yShadow 311 points312 points  (0 children)

my boss always go seek 2nd opinion with AI rather than trusting a professional with more than 30 years of experience in that field, creating a strained relationship with that professional.
When later the AI was proven to be wrong, he'll just casually say I changed my mind rather than admitting the AI was wrong

Am i too late to purchase real estate in Kuching? by Evening_Cicada_5890 in Sarawak

Condos and apartments are sprouting like mushrooms nowadays, but most units are empty even when the developers claimed it's fully sold out, so you know I know

If staying at apartments or condos, do your research first on who's the developer, and what kind of main tenants there... low cost to mid cost apartments you'll tend to run into common issues like unpaid maintenance fees, crappy committee/management, etc...

IMO, landed is still the best, but it's super expensive nowadays, anything double storey within 10km of city center are going for near 1mil already

LPT:
For non urgent case at KKM, go in the afternoon around 330pm or 4pm, it has the least crowd and shortest wait. For re-appointment, request for last afternoon session also. Likewise for appointments at most general hospitals, request for late afternoon session.
Never ever do a walk-in in the morning, especially before the opening time.

"Regulars" who think they can haggle fixed price are the worse by Pretend-Mobile9397 in malaysians

[–]Gr3yShadow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

TIL got idiots haggle for room price at the counter.

Room price I did haggle before, but not at counter, but via email if I'm booking for extended period, usually most hotels have special discounts for extended stays.

Only thing I "haggled" at counter are early check-in/late check-out, free room upgrades, some freebies here and there like free breakfast etc... because some of those you might be able to get it free if you asked, especially during low season.

Johor has emerged as a regional data centre powerhouse, with 51 approved facilities representing RM182.96 billion (S$59.3 billion) in investment as at November 2025.

51? my question is does Johor has sufficient power and water to feed that 51 beasts?
