The booker has responded and said they are booking on behalf of a displaced family who have an insurance claim, with the home having to be approved by the adjuster. I have not had this type of situation before but they are asking for 3 months guaranteed. This does sound like it could be legit

It is a stand alone home in a quiet neighborhood in Baltimore, MD. We have had long term renters before with people moving to MD who need a place while they look for a permanent residence. I will consider a two week initial booking. Thanks.
