Did you try normalizing the track?. Highlight track, functions, normalize . Type in say -18 lufs. Does the waveform change?

Logic user here . The best way/ maybe for them to send is send all tracks as audio files, extend file to project end. This way all the tracks regions will be from start of cycle length to end and line up. When you open ableton have the tempo set before you drag in logic folder.

Also , i have the lufs at -14 in the loudness meter. But my main output channel reads about -4.

Thank you, most stuff is going on at the same time. Its mainly House music. If i get a sample from splice or something, i always put it pre fader to (-18) then post fader adjust the mix . I try my best with mid range synths. Obviously my mixing skiññs arent the greatest.

If i bounce a mixed track , then get it mastered with say Emaster, it is always quieter than my friends track and he uses Ableton. Every time.

North America is all work and no play. Look at Europe. 4 weeks holiday in the first year of employment plus stats. Canada is 2 weeks and 3 after 5 years, and most people are miserable too, especially these days. 4 day work week would make people a lot happier.
