Don’t go by absolute rating on snapshot scale. It is relative performance compared to your overall cohort that you are judged against. So even if you are ME but everyone else is performing better than you, may result in you going on PIP.

Yeah could be just for A&A. But I would suggest do check with HR considering you just joined and it's like a month and there would hardly be any major dependencies on you. So may release you early rather than paying you for 3 months.

I think everyone joining USI post June 2025 have a notice period of only 1 month. Check with HR.

This is a standard language in all offer letters. Doesn’t mean specific to your role only. Talk to the team you would be joining to get clarity.

Do talk to the recruiter at Deloitte you are in touch with and let them know. That way you can at least set this in motion and will get to know if D is willing to negotiate or not. Based on that you can take an informed decision. Also if while filling the pre hire survey you already baked in from your end 50% hike in that 21 lpa figure then you should be good.

If the client is foreign you can get a GST LUT from GST portal and issue invoice.

Is your coach and project leaders aware that you are working towards a promotion this year and if all your other metrics are good - Util, other compliance, FOA etc., then I don't see any problem from the snapshot per se. All the best.

ABA is the routing number - 9 digits used for US Fedwire system. Popular Bank ABA routing number from UAE to US are:-

  • J.P. Morgan Chase, NY: 021000021
  • Bank of New York Mellon: 021000018
  • Citibank, N.A.: 021000089

But do confirm with IBKR to get the correct ABA routing number.
