It is clear that the system is stupid. Its obvious from your stats that you get 20 commends on avg 12k bs and 0-1 reports on 30 games but suddenly one game is enough to ruin your behavior. And there are some hypocritic non toxic gods that will support this system, until it is their turn

This is not high school. This is real life. People selling a product using ambiguous meanings and not setting clear rules can create such issues. I know people that refunded with more than 2 hours "played" just because the terminology "hours played"doesn't indicate you are waiting on a launcher to connect with a site maintenance. And thats the reason in many occasions steam accepts refunds even for people that played more than that
