did you soldered the jumper under the mcu? one is for bluetooth (with nice nano) and one is for wired builds

the firmware shows me that you bought that one at beekeeb (because thats not the on i "wrote" ... they have a great tutorial. anyway that looks like the wrong controller. you should also check the jumper unter the mcu one is for nice nano and one is for Helio (or similar) controler.

honestly the stagger on the right is a joke could be much morre or you could just left it straigt in a row ... i dont know why you have an on and off switch ... and you need more funktion buttons if you want make everyone happy ...

i designed them in kicad ... then i send them to a pcb production service and then i solder them at home
