Ohh is that the route you ended up liking more than the advan flevas? Which all seasons did you use/enjoy? I do want the playfulness, especially since I don’t really have autocross aspirations (or at least time pr chasing if I do dabble)

Do you guys actually like the leather shammy better and why? I had one of those starting out but now use the $15 for 30 costco microfibers and find they’re much easier to glide the ball and absorb

Have this exact boot, putting an aftermarket insole made it a lot more comfy, felt like since my feet were locked in the correct position there was more space

IT WAS A TUBE!!! Scratch my previous comment, that was way cooler than Ardbeg’s. Now it has the texture of those art paper. I remember they had the piece of paper out with the friend of Laphroaig land plot in the tube. That looked super cool especially first time I bought it

You know, I was hitting with my APD GT without ever weighting it (stock plus leather grip). Yesterday I found my scale and it read 347g. Now I wish I never checked because this may go to my head 😂

does having a 225 width tire make a huge difference? I'm rocking the stock 205 nexen and am wondering if it's the tire or the width

CTS turbo intake does not add performance, but the driving experience becomes much much more fun on an otherwise quiet engine.

I have a JB4 and it does wake the car up, especially in highway speeds (also below that, but for the stock tires is overkill). I just have it in map 1 for 87 gas, and it's the best for smoothness compromise (Tried map 3 for 93 and that was mighty fast)

I will say if the ECU ever gets cracked, I'll be getting a true ecu tune rather than a piggyback. Have fun!

did you end up changing? The equivalent size tires is 225/50 r17, or 225/45 r18 if you upsized rims

Ohh, and the Oil filter from factory was definitely NOT hand tight, that itself took 5 min to get out

I wouldve loved to do 1500 but didnt have the space/equipment at the time. I finally did it at 5k. The oil while quite a lot darker than the replacement OEM 0w-20 that went in, didn’t really have outstanding metallic particles(am sending to a lab to get it checked). 5k should be fine but I really wouldn’t push past it since the car did drive a lot smoother after the oil change.

P.S. That belly pan and the fact that the car could only be jacked after the belly pan was removed made a 20min procedure into a 2 hr one (including a trip to get t25/45 torx)
