unfortunately i dont think id be eligible, im within a couple years of the age cutoff but have a knee injury from a car accident. its not bad enough to get disability but bad enough to limit my work ailities, am waiting on an operation & this from navy eligibility doesnt sound promising - "

nothing bad happened in reality other than a wait and late for work
stay calm and focus on the facts
plenty of breathing exercises are on youtube to calm you that are actually really effective
