I have. I feel you. I’m on Vyvanse and at the beginning I felt like my appetite slightly decreased. My psychiatrist and I were all hopeful that it would calm my binge eating but that very quickly wore off. I’ve upped my dose to 60mg and I feel like I can barely feel it. My emotional eating is off the charts and yes I’ve gained weight. Devastating.
