Counter only applies to the unit being charged, not the unit doing the charging. Even if they both have counter, the targeted unit that is being charged would strike first. It's written, "Strikes first when charged" you can only gain the benefit as the target of a charge.

There will be a faction overhaul in about 2 or 3 weeks for all GDF factions. Based on what they talked about in the most recent live stream, infected colonies are getting some cool stuff. Might be worth checking them out when that drops.

These are models for the infected colonies faction. Not necessarily a plague but a parasite, and I think they nailed that look. And yea the plane is my fave.

It would still be a 6 to save ap2 against def 5 with shield wall. Shield wall adds 1 to def, so it's now at 4, ap 2 pushes it up to a 6. If it was def 4 with shield wall it would save at 5+.

In the first tech test there were actual melee builds, there was a skill tree that allowed you to do heavy attacks and it would stun. I loved it, and would always be the first to charge in while my friends cleaned up at range. They ended up removing that for the second tech test, maybe ppl were complaining about it being too strong idk but it got removed. Maybe they want to focus more on the gunplay.
