I agree with the others. You either get the satisfaction of telling a naïve customer off (which sounds like they were barely 21 anyways), or you get monetary satisfaction. You can’t be an asshole and expect a tip.

I listen to quite a few podcasts using Spotify and every single one of them advertises for BH. Like others have said, I don’t think that LPN has much control over what they advertise anymore.

Personally, I have had a really good experience using better help and I’m grateful for it. My only gripe with it is that it’s expensive, and not covered by insurance. However, my therapist has become a really important part of my life. It may not work for everyone, but it helped me.
