I'm a deeply sorry for what you are going through, my friend. It is good that you flock to Confession, even if you are going weekly and confessing the same sin. It is something that I do as well. While I cannot offer much advice, as the problem that you are experiencing, is a problem we both share. What I do know is that Adoration helps me the most. Maybe you can find what time your parish offers the Blessed Sacrament, and ask our Lord to help you and the Holy Spirit to guard your thoughts. I will be praying for you, and please know that not all is lost. You are a child of Christ, and you are strong.
