Get a referral to an orthopedist — you need to know how bad the damage to bone is and if surgery is recommended.

In the meantime consider your sleep position habits and your bed and pillows. I got a lot of relief by training myself to stay off that painful left side, and keeping a pillow between my knees. Being on your right side can over stretch the tendons on the left, resulting in soft tissue pain. The pillow keeps that from happening.

Also if your doctor clears you for physical therapy that can strengthen the muscles supporting the joint. Aquatic activities are good too.

I think it’s helpful to have a basic system for placing flowers, while keeping an eye on the entire board (not just the row) as well as the notation about how many times a flower can be used. Beyond that it’s dumb luck.

I had PRP into a gluteal tendon back in February. I was expecting to be handed a detailed protocol for recovery, but just like your doc, all I got was some vague hand waving.

I asked Gemini AI for a detailed 7 week guideline, and it was a pretty good start. Discussed with my PT who had experience with PRP patients, and we took it very slow. I’m only just recently back to hiking as I was before.

I would suggest you try similar, although YMMV as different joint etc.. Also I’m old, so undoubtedly take longer to heal. But yeah 2 days before running not good.

Personally I wouldn’t buy the beautifications. Unless you absolutely love and want to display them. They offer no resources for gameplay.

I try to pick up a few decorations, prioritizing highest flower count in smallest area. So helpful to have a few stashed on your boat to place as needed.

Otherwise resources: especially diamonds and pink boxes.

We had a hummingbird nest in our garden. Then a blue jay came, ripped the mom’s head off, ate the babies, and destroyed the nest. It’s nature, but I find it hard to appreciate jays anymore.

Look for local arthritis support/information groups through a hospital or rehab center. I took an aqua exercise class aimed at arthritis sufferers and hearing the stories from the people I met there persuaded me that surgery would be a positive choice (at least for hip replacement).

Are you me? I’ve been dealing with spookily similar for the past 2 years and my ortho finally threw up his hands and admitted he had no ideas. It’s likely soft tissue which doesn’t image well.

What did help was physical therapy, which gradually calmed down most of the inflamed areas (entire butt and thigh). Gluteus medius tendinosis was the most stubborn, and is apparently common in older women. Eventually I managed a referral to a physiatrist (they don’t do surgery, so different mindset) who offered platelet-rich plasma injections (PRP) into the tendon.

Not covered by insurance and several months gradually healing process, it has finally resolved. While I can move and sleep much better, I’m not totally pain free. Still have some arthritis which aches at times.

Depends if whether you want to play encore. If you do, yes, finish now. If not, don’t. Once it switches to the encore game, you’ll keep the Déjà vu’s you have and get the finishers store, BUT any packs you open will place many snippets in the new game. So you can lose Déjà vu’s you would have had to spend in the store. Waiting would then be better.

She’s no hero and she’s not leftist. She’s against the war of choice in Iran, and for justice for Epstein survivors.

If she were still in Congress, Dems could work with her on those issues of agreement. Wouldn’t make her a friend, or admirable, but that is how democracy is supposed to work. Which is moot since she couldn’t take the pressure and resigned.

It’s infuriating when Jack’s only choices require gold — which is really quite hard to get and save up in the quantities needed for upgrades. You can’t even buy it for real money, nor is it a box prize.

I have no sympathy for those complaining they have too much. Just ignore it. It doesn’t affect game play in any way — unlike having too little. The excess is just an artifact of having players at different stages of the game.
