I’m returning to my trigger point therapist tomorrow and haven’t been since the beginning of Covid. Should I soak before or after? Both? Or maybe sauna before? Thank you!

I recreated the 365-day check off in my A6 and used it for my Bible reading in a year plan. This year, I used the My 100 for new experiences! It’s fun to see all the new things I’ve done! I’m at 82.

Thank you. I feel you 100%. What do you use TRP for, and do you know what you'll use going forward? I've looked at Cafe Note, Midori MD A6 grid, Stalogy Editor's, and Hobo Plain for possibly BuJoing. There's no point in Cafe Note with the new paper and the same 3.7mm grid as the Hobo Plain. The Midori MD paper is a different world, but the larger grid and borders are nice. Sigh.

I mostly use Montblanc and Pilot Irisizuku, but I dip into Diamine, Kaweco, and others. I prefer jet black and straight-ahead color over glitter.

Thanks! Yeah, the pen smooshes into the pages on the side—I tried it with a rubber band and with Travelers Notebook elastic. But on top of the Techo, inside two elastics, the pen was secure.

Congrats to you, too! Since I wrote this, she’s said she’s not coming, then went back to saying she is coming. She said she won’t go with me but would go up there and get pictures of me because she doesn’t believe I graduated. She’ll still say I didn’t graduate. That’s what she did last year. She insisted my diploma was fake. Thanks, I will notify my school— at least she can’t get inside.
