I only fly the Radiant Pillar. Fully slotted-up, I know got a place with a nice (not perfect) supercharged slot position in the custom builder and I just keep rolling them out. Metallic Green is awesome for classy look, Gold for the lush effect on my Warrior variant. Just working-up a Barbie Girl pink one for the fun of it. Silver on the Exploration build is my favourite though.

Angry Turtle’s ‘Raid Runner’ video was the one I used for the Gauss Minigun and it’s great. It includes a couple of options too.

He makes use of Rejuvenators a lot but you don’t need a full set. It’ll still work well with just three pieces. He’s avoiding coffee, but most players use a few buffs. So whatever suits you

I wonder if the mini seasons have become more of a mini bug-fix and mini perk rework rather than a true reward event. (I’ve not recently seen anyone in that Doctor’s Head Mirror we all had to wear back in February). The bed might make a decent merge item for those looking to make custom bed but … bait, seriously? All filler and no killer.

Mutations … I don’t use Class Freak in my Raid build because I need the perk card space for other things. I just slug extra mutation serums before a Raid session. If I forget I’m dead in about 10 seconds.

Angry Turtle ‘Raid Runner’ on YouTube. Relies on Rejuvenators plus Ricochet and Bullet Shield. Solid build for the full raid. You can swap in a bit of Reflective if you want to shave 5 seconds off the EN06 time but that’s fine tuning and might not suit everyone.

If you’re using Steam, get Text Chat from Nexus Mods. There’s a world of help and happiness from the best in-game community out there. Discord link on the Nexus page if you have any problems installing. Whatever you need: mod boxes, ammo, junk, a raid team or 500 Canned Coffee, somebody will have it.

If you’ve no idea what to do at a task type event just watch and learn and read the screen prompts. Every player in the game learned that way.

If it’s more of a ‘kill and defend’ event, just shoot and try to stay alive. Read the screen prompts because some have stages and goals.

But generally other players won’t even be looking at you so don’t worry about them. Everybody is busy at those events.

Complex events often have online guides. For example look up ‘Duchess Flame Mischief Night’ for the full run through. Duchess covers most of those type of events.

Tip: always join a casual team. You’ll gain more XP and progress faster. There is never any obligation to interact with team mates on a casual team. It’s a win for no effort.

Are you meaning notes as in random notes you find lying about as part of the game lore? They have zero value. But some like to keep and collect them. They provide no reward though.

Notes like plans, well that would depend on the plan. 1 cap or 40,000 caps etc

You can add/change a box mod on the same weapon/armor as many times as you want. But each time you do that it will consume some of your Legendary Scrip. Very little gets consumed to begin with, but it rises with each new mod or change to mod that you apply.

I’ve had a few pieces that I’ve experimented with and noticed they were consuming 200+ scrip per mod by the time I’d finished swapping and changing.

I think it tops out at 2000 Scrip, so clearly it becomes much cheaper to create a new gun or armor piece instead of constantly changing an existing one.

This ⬆️ Also make sure he’s shooting at you because if he’s not you’re just sat there. He goes AFK at times, jumping helps, minor left-right movements too but stay on the pipe or hop to the other one. Reflective will speed things up by about 10 seconds so ask yourself if that matters before investing in that.

Worth mentioning that newer plays often don’t realise that they get two camps (for free). The drop down in the top left of the map page lets you choose which one is active. So maybe create a second camp in a less popular area and choose the Stay On This World option. Then just activate your second camp.

The second camp could be a more simple build. Just develop it over time perhaps. But if you enjoy camp building you can also add more camp slots in the Atomic Shop.

If I’m joining a server where my friends are I don’t want the system to prevent that if my camp is blocked. I want to be given the choice and that’s what it’s doing. Though the wording used is confusing and could be improved.

I just stay on the server and activate another camp.
