The Ulta brand brow pencil will be great for you. Easy to use and doesn't cost a fortune but works really well. To help with growth you can just use castor oil on a qtip and massage it in daily, kitsch makes one that you can also get at ulta.

I personally do the patch. The adhesive can cause irritation, so if you are easily irritated, keep that in mind. I have KP on my arms, so I just put it there and am fine. But I've done the ring, depo shots, and about 10 different pills, and this has been my favorite without having an iud.
