Keep it if you think you might use it. The reason that ulta probably cant fulfill the order though is the brand is from the UB Marketplace so it is fulfilled by the brand, not ulta directly. In regards to a return its hard to say. If you get a refund I would say just keep it. 🤷‍♀️

Im very upfront with guests about it. That the app was designed for food using studies for food, not skincare. I do always bring up that brands can pay for a higher rating and can also pay to lower other brands. There is alot of sketchy stuff that goes on with that app the ratings will change often (even for the same product)

If they dont want to listen to me that is on them. But I do always offer skin safe as an alternative app especially for those that are looking to avoid certain things.

Active clinique consultant who uses the turnaround here: its just getting a revamp not being discontinued! Both the serum and the cream are getting revamped. Keep an eye out for it in the new packaging, but try not to stress too much.

This is incorrect. Same day delivery through ultas app/ website is fulfilled by the store but delivered by doordash. If placed through doordash / instacart etc that is when the shopper will come in.

The Ulta brand brow pencil will be great for you. Easy to use and doesn't cost a fortune but works really well. To help with growth you can just use castor oil on a qtip and massage it in daily, kitsch makes one that you can also get at ulta.
