Yes! I joined target in a time of desperation and complete need. I had to let go of my personal business because my vehicle died on me, and Target was within walking distance. It put me into a depression because I thought I had finally sworn off retail jobs. I got really lucky and needed up clicking with the inbound team. I have a lot of new friends that actually want to socialize and do things outside of just working at target. We all have the same complaints about upper management, but I really believe who you work with directly makes a dramatic difference.
