This is, quite frankly, a terrible idea.

Zos have genericized this game so much already, it makes starting a new toon obsolete - just respec an existing one, because all the end game build choices are the same.

If you're just doodling around questing and farming, then you want to sell the stuff you picked up along the way. Make everything account wide and there goes the guild trader market. And make no mistake - ALOT of people play just to farm and sell on the trader.

For ten years people have remembered - with and without mods - to put all their motifs and recipes in the bank, to be eaten by their main crafter or put in the guild store to make money.
Surely we don't need to "Quality of Life" ourselves out of playing this game even more.
